The personalized service at the front desk was commendable. Mr George made my departure smoother by allowing me to enjoy the resort facilities after checkout. The private rooftop pool in my suite provided a perfect relaxing spot with an incredible sea view.

I found the late checkout policy to be quite strict, even when flights were delayed.

We enjoyed some lazy afternoons by the pool and loved our Swim Up Suite that made access to the water super easy. The outdoor swimming pool and spa center were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the food choices could use a bit more variety, but overall the experience was fantastic! 🌞

My stay in the Jacuzzi Suite was pure bliss with its spacious design and cozy ambiance. The staff were rockstars, especially at the Gourmet Market, where I enjoyed a variety of culinary delights. The beach access was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the live DJ kept the vibe festive all day long!

The beach leaves a bit to be desired. it’s not just small, it has an uninviting color due to the abundance of seaweed, making it a struggle to enjoy swimming. Also, the beach restaurant requires advance reservations, limiting spontaneous dining options. With the neighboring hotel’s activity spilling over into our space, it can feel crowded and noisy at times, which is less than ideal for a peaceful retreat.

The food was amazing, especially the breakfast with poached eggs and local delights like hummus! The swim-up suite was pure luxury, and the staff, especially Mohammed Fawzy, were absolute gems. The chef's tour at the main restaurant really took my culinary experience to the next level.
